Returns and Exchanges

Since all products are made by hand and in small-batches, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. We also do not allow change of mind returns or exchanges. 

However, there may be special cases and exceptions may arise. In the case of any exchange or return request, please email info@makeththou.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please attach photos and videos of the areas of concern/ issues to ensure a resolution is reached swiftly.

All products must be returned / exchanged unused, in original packaging, with accompanying material (such as postcards, tags, thank you cards and wrapping papers). Photos will be requested before approving a return / exchange request.

All items sold on sale is final.
