For US based orders: Orders received before 10 am EASTERN TIME (NEW YORK) on business days will be processed same day. Orders received after 10 am EASTERN TIME (NEW YORK) will be processed the next business day.

For AUS based orders: Orders received before 10 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney/ Melbourne) on business days will be processed same day. Orders received after 10 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney/ Melbourne) will be processed the next business day.

During special drops and restock that have a collected customer anticipation, please allow us 4-5 business days to process and ship your order. This is to ensure that all orders are received, reviewed and made ready to ship with care and caution.

US customers do not have to pay duties since the orders are shipped from our US warehouse. 

AUS customers:  Australian orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW and hence no duties are applicable.

For all international orders (all orders other than USA and Australia): 
All duties & taxes to be borne by the customer.

UK & EU Customers: UK & EU customers must be prepared to pay duties and VAT as applicable. If you were not billed duties and taxes at your checkout, it means you are eligible to pay corresponding charges to DHL prior to delivery. This will be a Delivery Duty Unpaid shipment.

If you were billed duties and taxes at checkout, your product will be delivered as a Delivery Duty Paid shipment.

Maketh Thou is not responsible for any duties and taxes that are levied by the corresponding country. 

Your order is not eligible for a refund if the recipient declines delivery of their order for any reason. This is because the carrier usually disposes the product due to refused delivery. Alternatively, if the package is returned due to your refusal to pay import duties, the cost of returning the parcel to our warehouse will be subtracted from the refund.
