Returns / Exchanges: All bags are handmade in small batches and hence we are unable to offer exchanges/ returns.

About your product: Real leather naturally displays small spots, veins, and wrinkles that are inherent to the characteristics of the animal. In addition, minor scratches, creases, or compression marks may appear as a result of the detailed manufacturing process. These features are inherent and should not be regarded as defects. Product colour may slightly vary due to lighting, photographic sources (professional camera vs a mobile phone), screen and monitor configurations, etc. This will not be accepted as a reason for return.

Product Care: Do not wash. Do not attempt to clean/ fix your leather products at home. Avoid exposure to heat/ fire and moisture/water. All leather products should only cleaned professionally at a leather or suede dry cleaning specialist.
